West African Association of Customer Service Professionals is the umbrella body of customer service professionals in the sub – region. Bill to this effect is currently under the consideration of the Ecowas parliament in Abuja, Nigeria.
The body admits corporate membership from organization in Ecowas member countries providing customer service related services including : training , education, recruiting and allied services
WAACSP admits individual members who are CX professionals in their country of certification.
The body in conjuction with country partner organizations evaluate individual members, rate their CX proficiency and profile them on our portal for authentication and engagement purposes.
The body also liaise with country partner organizations to conduct training education and certification on customer service with the learning arm centered on online training, education and certification.
